Robust honey varieties sourced from West Meadow Apiary in Tunbridge, VT flavor our Vermont Honey Bourbon. Up front spicy with a smooth sweet honey finish, we enjoy it poured over a large ice cube, but it's also great in a hot toddy or ginger beer cocktail!

Metcalfe's Vermont Maple Bourbon
Our Vermont Maple Bourbon is handcrafted using a blend of bourbon whiskey and a touch of local 100% pure Vermont maple syrup. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), this full strength whiskey is less sweet than might be expected in a maple whiskey but has an undeniable maple presence nonetheless.
Delicious sipped straight or mixed in a classic whiskey cocktail such as a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.

Our Raspberry Liqueur is made with over a quart of raspberries per bottle giving it a deep plum hue and bold sweet raspberry jam flavor & aroma. The tart character of the raspberries balances the sweetness of the liqueur. Mix it in a French Martini or Bramble or add a touch of fruitiness to your favorite cocktail.

Wild Maine blueberries produce a fruit forward liqueur, deep and dark in the glass with a light garnet glow around the edges. It is moderately sweet, with Concord grape on the nose and a whiff of rosemary freshness. We suggest enjoying it mixed with gin and vodka drinks, lemonade or Champagne.

Metcalfe's Peach Liqueur
Our Peach Liqueur is fruit forward with a fresh peach nose and a light, sweet finish. Reminiscent of late summer days spent at the lake.
Makes a great component in a craft cocktail. Use it as a sweetener for a whiskey sour or substitute in cocktails calling for peach schnapps.

Crafted using Montmorency cherries, this liqueur is tart and sweet with a bright red color and strong cherry flavor. Reminiscent of homemade cherry pie. Excellent sweetener in a gin or whiskey sour or clasic cocktails such as a Blood & Sand or Last Word. Also pairs well with sparkling wine, lemon or sangria.

Our Catamount Vodka is distilled from 100% American corn and blended with our Vermont well water in small batches before being hand bottled and labeled. The corn base gives the spirit a subtle sweetness up front followed by a smooth finish with a little warmth all the way down. Being distilled from corn also means that it is naturally gluten-free.

Ciriaco's Limoncello
Each batch of Ciriaco's Limoncello uses the zest of over 1000 organic lemons. All zesting is done by hand which contributes to the extremely small batch nature of this
product - usually released once a year in the spring/summer.

This product is named after Ciriaco Cardone - Gus & Dom's grandfather whose parents immigrated to the US from Italy, bringing with them many culinary traditions including making limoncello.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Pommeau
Pommeau is a traditional French apéritif which is made by combining apple juice (or cider) with apple brandy. Our version is made using a blend of traditional & heirloom apples, sourced from our friends at Dwight Miller Orchards in Dummerston, VT. We age the blend of brandy & cider in a used Bourbon barrel, allowing it to rest until it has developed into a smooth and complex beverage.
